No Returns or Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be returned or cancelled. We encourage you to double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

Refunds (Special Cases Only)
If a replacement is not possible in cases of severe damage, a full refund may be processed at the sole discretion of the company.

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be initiated after inspection of the returned product. Depending on your bank and payment method, it may take 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
